Featured in National Geographic as one of Ireland’s Top 10 Food & Drink, you are invited to join proprietor and head chef, William, on a walk through his 18th century family estate to learn the secrets of his culinary success. Visit the walled gardens where he grows his own vegetables, learn about how he rears his own pigs, lamb and hens and the holistic way in which he manages the estate.
Cider and apple brandy are distilled on site, game shoots are done in season, fly fishing and mushroom hunting are also offered. You are invited to relax by the open fire with a cocktail or join William in the kitchen to watch a demonstration on how he prepares the succulent fresh ingredients. Enjoy a sumptuous meal at the restaurant in the manor house. Option to stay overnight
