Dom Ruinart Champagne
The oldest Champagne house was founded in 1729 by the cousin of Dom Thierry Ruinart, a visionary monk and scholar of the Benedectine lineage. The legendary Ruinart flavour has been refined throughout its history and not a not a single Ruinart cuvée has failed to fulfill the promise of this 'art de vivre', the French way.
Start with the private discovery of its exceptional crayères, the chalk mining pits and designated Historical Monument since 1931. You’ll have the privilege of an initiation into the Chardonnay grape, the soul of Ruinart and the heart of all its cuvées. This eminent tasting experiences is conducted by the sommelier of the house and of course, you’ll end with the tasting of Ruinart Vintage cuvées, notably a Blanc de Blancs and a Rosé.
